On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that Maybank has allotted and issued 172,632,753 new Maybank Shares on 15 January 2021 pursuant to the 19th DRP. The said new Maybank Shares were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9:00 a.m. on Monday, 18 January 2021.
With the listing of the said new Maybank Shares, the enlarged issued share capital of Maybank comprises 11,413,994,640 Maybank Shares.
