Maybank wishes to announce that the following documents of the Company are available at Maybank Group's corporate website (www.maybank.com/ar):

1. Annual Report 2019 (“AR 2019”), which includes the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2019 and the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon; and
2. Corporate Governance Report 2019.

Notification on the availability of the AR 2019 has been sent via electronic mail to shareholders of the Company who have maintained their email addresses in the Record of Depositors with Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd.

For shareholders who have yet to provide their email addresses, there may be some delay in the delivery of the printed notification due to the Movement Control Order (“MCO”) announced by the Malaysian Government effective 18 March 2020 to 28 April 2020.

In light of the MCO, if shareholders request for a printed copy of the AR 2019, there may also be some delay in the delivery of the printed AR 2019. As such, shareholders are encouraged to download the AR 2019 from Maybank Group’s corporate website.

Notice of the 60th AGM will be announced separately in due course and published on Maybank Group’s corporate website.
