On behalf of the Board of Directors of Maybank, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that Maybank has allotted and issued 235,139,196 new Maybank Shares on 3 June 2016 pursuant to the 12th DRP. The said new Maybank Shares were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Monday, 6 June 2016. With the listing of the said new Maybank Shares, the enlarged issued and paid-up share capital of Maybank is 10,008,751,382 Maybank Shares. This announcement is dated 6 June 2016. |
