We refer to the announcements in relation to the 7th DRP, the latest of which is dated 25 October 2013. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Maybank, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that Maybank has issued and allotted 130,326,898 new Maybank Shares on 25 October 2013 pursuant to the 7th DRP in respect of the interim cash dividend of Maybank for the financial year ending 31 December 2013. The said new Maybank Shares were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Monday, 28 October 2013. With the listing of the said new Maybank Shares, the enlarged issued and paid-up share capital of Maybank is 8,857,625,781 Maybank Shares. This announcement is dated 28 October 2013. |
