We refer to the announcement made on 6 March 2012 on the Notice of AGM.

We wish to inform that the following items of the Notes to the Notice of AGM should be read as follows:-

1.     A member entitled to attend and vote at the AGM is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and on a show of hands or on a poll, to vote in his stead. The instrument appointing a proxy shall be in writing under the hand of the appointor or his attorney duly authorised in writing, or if the appointor is a corporation, under its common seal or in some other manner approved by its directors.

2.     A member shall not be entitled to appoint more than two (2) proxies to attend and vote at the meeting provided that where a member is an authorised nominee as defined under the Securities Industry (Central Depository) Act 1991, it may appoint at least one proxy but not more than two proxies each in respect of each Securities Account it holds with ordinary shares of the Company standing to the credit of the said Securities Account. For an exempt authorised nominee which holds ordinary shares in the Company for multiple beneficial owners in one (1) securities account ("omnibus account"), there is no limit to the number of proxies which the exempt authorised nominee may appoint in respect of each omnibus account it holds.

Notes 3,4,5,7,8 and 9 shall remain.
