We refer to our earlier announcement dated 29 April 2016 in relation to the issuance of the USD Subordinated Notes.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Maybank, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that Maybank has, on 29 October 2021, fully redeemed all outstanding USD Subordinated Notes and accordingly, the USD Subordinated Notes will be delisted from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. The USD Subordinated Notes was issued on 29 April 2016.
