On behalf of the Board,Maybank IB wishes to announce that Maybank has allotted and issued 279,343,269 new Maybank Shares on 28 June 2021 pursuant to the 20th DRP. The said new Maybank Shares were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 29 June 2021.
With the listing of the said new Maybank Shares, the enlarged issued share capital of Maybank comprises 11,693,337,909 Maybank Shares.
