On behalf of the Board of Directors of Malayan Banking Berhad (“Maybank”), Maybank Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that Maybank has allotted and issued 191,678,908 new ordinary shares in Maybank (“Maybank Shares”) on 7 June 2019 pursuant to the 18th DRP. The said new Maybank Shares were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Monday, 10 June 2019. With the listing of the said new Maybank Shares, the enlarged issued share capital of Maybank is 11,241,361,887 Maybank Shares. This announcement is dated 10 June 2019. |
