We refer to our announcement dated 27 June 2008 in relation to the issuance of the NIT1 Capital and announcement dated 10 September 2014 in relation to the partial redemption of the NIT1 Capital. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Maybank, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that Maybank has, on 27 June 2018, fully redeemed the entire outstanding amount of the NIT1 Capital. The NIT1 Capital with a nominal value of RM3.5 billion was issued on 27 June 2008. This announcement is dated 27 June 2018. |
