We refer to the announcement dated 13 December 2017 in relation to, among others, the Proposed Acquisitions.
The Board of Directors of Maybank wishes to announce that the respective parties to the AMB SPA and SUTL SPA have mutually agreed to extend the following for 90 days (from 13 March 2018 to 11 June 2018): (i) the date by which all the AMB-CPs are to be fulfilled, by way of the supplemental letter dated 9 March 2018 which was executed by ASNB and MAMG; and (ii) the date by which all the SUTL-CPs are to be fulfilled, by way of the supplemental letter dated 9 March 2018 which was executed by PIL and MAMG.
