On behalf of the Board of Directors of Maybank, Maybank IB is pleased to announce that Maybank has allotted and issued 181,677,352 new Maybank Shares on 1 November 2017 pursuant to the 15th DRP. The said new Maybank Shares were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Thursday, 2 November 2017. With the listing of the said new Maybank Shares, the enlarged issued share capital of Maybank is 10,778,544,278 Maybank Shares. This announcement is dated 2 November 2017. |
