We refer to the earlier announcements in relation to the 15th DRP, the latest of which is dated 12 October 2017. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Maybank, Maybank IB is pleased to announce that based on the valid dividend reinvestment forms received by Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd, the registrar for the 15th DRP, Maybank will be issuing 181,677,352 new Maybank Shares pursuant to the 15th DRP. The new Maybank Shares to be issued represent approximately 85.74% of the total number of 211,888,796 new Maybank Shares that would have been issued pursuant to the 15th DRP had all the entitled shareholders of Maybank elected to reinvest the electable portion of their Interim Cash Dividend into new Maybank Shares.
