We refer to our earlier announcement dated 14 September 2012 in relation to the pricing and issuance of the USD Subordinated Notes. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Maybank, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that Maybank has, on 20 September 2017, fully redeemed the USD Subordinated Notes and accordingly, the USD Subordinated Notes will be delisted from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited and Labuan International Financial Exchange Inc. The USD Subordinated Notes was issued on 20 September 2012. This announcement is dated 20 September 2017. |
