We refer to the earlier announcements in relation to the 14th DRP, the latest of which is dated 6 June 2017. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Maybank, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that Maybank has allotted and issued 243,599,777 new Maybank Shares on 6 June 2017 pursuant to the 14th DRP. The said new Maybank Shares were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 7 June 2017. With the listing of the said new Maybank Shares, the enlarged issued share capital of Maybank is 10,522,392,626 Maybank Shares. This announcement is dated 7 June 2017. |
