The Board of Directors of Malayan Banking Berhad (“Company”) wishes to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) dated 16 March 2017 and tabled at the EGM of the Company held today, 6 April 2017 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the said EGM.
All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Messrs. Deloitte Enterprise Risk Services Sdn Bhd., the independent scrutineers appointed by the Company.
