The Board of Directors of Malayan Banking Berhad (“Company”) wishes to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) dated 15 March 2017 and tabled at the 57th AGM of the Company held today, 6 April 2017 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the said AGM.
All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Messrs. Deloitte Enterprise Risk Services Sdn Bhd., the independent scrutineers appointed by the Company.
