Mr Edwin Gerungan has accumulated more than 40 years of working experience in a number of corporations. He was a Vice President, Head of Treasury at Citibank N.A. from 1972 to 1997. He then moved to Atlantic Richfield in 1997 as Senior Advisor until 1999. Subsequently, he joined Bank Mandiri as the Executive Vice President, Treasury and International from1999 to 2000 and thereafter left the bank to take the role as the Chief Executive Officer of Indonesian Banking Restructuring Agency from 2000 to 2001. He had served a number of key positions as a member / President of Board of Commissioners / Directors of banking institutions and private companies including Independent Commissioner of Bank Central Asia from 2002 to 2003, Independent Commissioner of Bank Danamon from 2003 to 2005, President Commissioner of Bank Mandiri from 2005 to 2014; and President Director of PT BHP Billiton Indonesia from 2007 to 2013. He currently serves as an Independent Commissioner of PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance since December 2014. |
