We refer to the earlier announcements in relation to the 13th DRP, the latest of which is dated 25 October 2016. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Maybank, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that Maybank has allotted and issued 184,371,435 new Maybank Shares on 25 October 2016 pursuant to the 13th DRP. The said new Maybank Shares were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 26 October 2016. With the listing of the said new Maybank Shares, the enlarged issued and paid-up share capital of Maybank is 10,193,199,417 Maybank Shares. This announcement is dated 26 October 2016. |
