DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN THAT ALLOWS THE SHAREHOLDERS OF MAYBANK TO REINVEST THE ELECTABLE PORTION OF THEIR INTERIM CASH DIVIDEND IN RESPECT OF THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDING 31 DECEMBER 2016 INTO NEW ORDINARY SHARES OF RM1.00 EACH IN MAYBANK ("13TH DRP")

Reference is made to the announcements dated 25 August 2016, 30 August 2016, 9 September 2016 and 22 September 2016 in relation to the 13th DRP.
