We refer to our announcement dated 15 August 2011 in relation to the issuance of the Subordinated Notes. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Maybank, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that Maybank has, on 15 August 2016, fully redeemed the Subordinated Notes. The Subordinated Notes were issued on 15 August 2011. Accordingly, the Subordinated Notes will be delisted from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s Exempt Regime. This announcement is dated 15 August 2016.
