DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN THAT ALLOWS THE SHAREHOLDERS OF MAYBANK TO REINVEST THE ELECTABLE PORTION OF THEIR FINAL CASH DIVIDEND IN RESPECT OF THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2015 INTO NEW ORDINARY SHARES OF RM1.00 EACH IN MAYBANK ("12TH DRP")

Reference is made to the announcements dated 25 February 2016, 6 April 2016, 19 April 2016 and 20 April 2016 in relation to the 12th DRP.
