We refer to our earlier announcements dated 21 April 2011 in relation to the pricing and issuance of the SGD Subordinated Notes. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Maybank, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that Maybank has, on 28 April 2016, fully redeemed all outstanding SGD Subordinated Notes and accordingly, the SGD Subordinated Notes will be delisted from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. The SGD Subordinated Notes was issued on 28 April 2011. This announcement is dated 28 April 2016. |
