On behalf of the Board of Directors of Maybank, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that Maybank has allotted and issued 222,451,959 new Maybank Shares on 11 November 2015 pursuant to the 11th DRP. The said new Maybank Shares were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Thursday, 12 November 2015. With the listing of the said new Maybank Shares, the enlarged issued and paid-up share capital of Maybank is 9,761,750,327 Maybank Shares. This announcement is dated 12 November 2015. |
