On behalf of the Board of Directors of Maybank, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that Maybank has allotted and issued 203,533,085 new Maybank Shares on 26 May 2015, pursuant to the 10th DRP. The said new Maybank Shares were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 27 May 2015. With the listing of the said new Maybank Shares, the enlarged issued and paid-up share capital of Maybank is 9,533,617,268 Maybank Shares. This announcement is dated 27 May 2015. |
