We refer to the earlier announcements in relation to the 10th DRP, the latest of which is dated 8 May 2015. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Maybank, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that based on the valid dividend reinvestment forms received by Tricor Investor Services Sdn Bhd, the registrar for the 10th DRP, Maybank will be issuing 203,533,085 new Maybank Shares pursuant to the 10th DRP. The new Maybank Shares to be issued represent approximately 82.55% of the total number of 246,544,621 new Maybank Shares that would have been issued pursuant to the 10th DRP had all the entitled shareholders of Maybank elected to reinvest the electable portion of their Final Cash Dividend into new Maybank Shares.
