We attach herewith the special purpose audited financial statements of Malayan Banking Berhad (“Maybank”) for the three financial years ended 31 December 2014, 31 December 2013 and 31 December 2012 (“Special Purpose Audited Financial Statements”). The Special Purpose Audited Financial Statements were prepared to fulfil legal requirements of a foreign country in which Maybank intends to undertake a fund-raising exercise for working capital, general banking and other corporate purposes.
