Aseambankers Malaysia Berhad, on behalf of Mayban General Assurance Berhad, a 92.61% subsidiary of Mayban Fortis Holdings Berhad, in turn a 70% subsidiary of Maybank, is pleased to announce that the abovementioned Proposed Acquisition was completed on 1 September 2002 .
