We refer to the announcements in relation to the 6th DRP, the latest of which is dated 29 May 2013. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Maybank, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that Maybank has issued and allotted 201,462,948 new Maybank Shares on 29 May 2013 pursuant to the 6th DRP in respect of the final cash dividend of Maybank for the financial year ended 31 December 2012. The said new Maybank Shares were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Thursday, 30 May 2013. With the listing of the said new Maybank Shares, the enlarged issued and paid-up share capital of Maybank is 8,679,343,783 Maybank Shares. This announcement is dated 30 May 2013. |
