| The Board of Directors of Malayan Banking Berhad ("the Company") has approved the change in the financial year end of the Company from 30 June to 31 December, which shall be implemented after the close of the financial year ended 30 June 2011. The new financial year will run from 1 July 2011 to 31 December 2011, covering a period of six (6) months.
