We refer to the announcement dated 12 July 2011.

On behalf of Maybank, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Mayban Ventures Sdn Bhd (“Mayban Ventures”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Maybank, had on 19 September 2011 disposed of two (2) ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in Integral Key Berhad (“Integral Key”), representing the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Integral Key. Accordingly, Integral Key has ceased to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mayban Ventures on 19 September 2011.

Integral Key remains as the special purpose vehicle to facilitate the acquisition of all assets and liabilities of SapuraCrest Petroleum Berhad (“SapuraCrest”) and Kencana Petroleum Berhad (“Kencana”) for purposes of the proposed merger of the businesses of the SapuraCrest group of companies and the Kencana group of companies, as announced by SapuraCrest and Kencana respectively on 11 July 2011.
