Malayan Banking Berhad ("Maybank") wishes to announce that one of its indirect subsidiaries, Pinnakell which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kim Eng Holdings Limited, has been placed under members’ voluntary liquidation on 12 April 2010 and has held its Final Meeting on 27 July 2011.

On the expiration of 3 months after the lodgement of the related statutory return with the Registrar of Companies, Singapore and with the Official Receiver, Pinnakell shall be dissolved.
