On behalf of the Board, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Bank Negara Malaysia had, vide its letter dated 12 April 2023, approved the increase in the total number of issued Shares pursuant to the Proposed ESGP of up to three point five percent (3.5%) of the issued Shares (excluding treasury shares) at any point in time.
