On behalf of the Board, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that an application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) for the listing and quotation of the new Maybank Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed ESGP on the Main Market of Bursa Securities and an application to Bank Negara Malaysia for the increase in the total number of issued Maybank Shares has been submitted today.
