On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that Maybank has allotted and issued 77,876,862 new Maybank Shares on 19 October 2022 pursuant to the 23rd DRP. The said new Maybank Shares were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, 20 October 2022.
With the listing of the said new Maybank Shares, the enlarged issued share capital of Maybank comprises 12,054,127,092 Maybank Shares.
