On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that Maybank has allotted and issued 91,500,212 new Maybank Shares on 14 April 2022 pursuant to the 22nd DRP. The said new Maybank Shares were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9:00 a.m. on Friday, 15 April 2022.
With the listing of the said new Maybank Shares, the enlarged issued share capital of Maybank comprises 11,970,013,430 Maybank Shares.
